SUMMARY:Intro to Meditation for Kids
DESCRIPTION:A fun\, engaging and useful workshop to provide the opportunity and platform for kids (Age 8-14) to learn meditation. Conducted over the weekends\, this 4 class series teaches children the purpose and practice of meditation through examples\, demonstrations\, skits and fun exercises. In addition to breath meditation\, we introduce children to tool such as visualization\, Set Emotions Free Technique (S.E.F.T) that help with emotional regulation and mental strength.
