This meditation has nothing to do with religion and advocates no adherence to any particular religious viewpoint. The goal of the meditation is there for all genders equally irrespective of their background.

During the virtual introduction sessions (typically 45min on Zoom), an experienced meditator will explain the true purpose of meditation, the benefits, and the stages of meditation journey. They will explain any questions you may have about how meditation can address any life challenges you may be facing. The session will end with ~5-10min of relaxation meditation (on breath) and next steps should you decide to pursue this wonderful inward journey.
The introduction is suitable for beginner or experienced meditators wishing to attain deeper states of relaxation whilst gaining a profound insight into their lives. We welcome both 1-1 and small groups (of family, friends and co-workers).
