Meditators often feel the need for inspiration and discipline, gained by participating in group meditations. Group meditation sessions tend to be powerful and exhilarating due to the extra energy created with like-minded meditators.
Unwind, relax deeply and meditate in the company of like-minded people
We conduct virtual guided group meditation sessions almost daily. While these sessions are typically for an hour and 2-4 hours on weekends, meditators can join the session at any time, for however long that suits their schedule.
We recommend group sessions for beginners after the introduction session and few weeks of meditation either by themselves or with one of the experienced meditators.
We regularly conduct longer meditations (4hrs+) for our meditators using advanced meditation techniques.
